This notice describes how Harvey Software Solutions handles personal information collected through this website. It does not cover information handled under a signed engagement, which is governed by the agreement for that work.
What this site collects
The site runs no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts, and sets no cookies. Pages are served by Cloudflare Pages, which records standard request logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL) for security and availability purposes.
Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com when a page loads.
The enquiry form
The enquiry form does not transmit anything to this website. Submitting it opens your own email client with the details you entered pre-filled, and nothing is sent until you send that email yourself.
Enquiries sent by email
Where you write to us, the content of your message and your contact details are retained for as long as needed to respond and to keep a record of the enquiry. They are not sold, and are not shared with third parties except where required by law.
Your rights
You may ask what information is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to the contact address on the home page and the request will be answered within one month.
